Trust & safety
Verified people. Protected information.
Construction is a high-trust business. Verification and privacy are core features of IndluConnect, not afterthoughts.
Provider verification
Identity verification, business registration where applicable, licences, qualifications, references and document checks — completed before a verified badge is issued.
Encryption & secure payments
Sensitive information is encrypted in transit and, where appropriate, at rest. We use secure payment and banking integrations rather than storing banking credentials.
Location kept minimal
Location sharing is permission-based. Providers see the area you're in — never your exact address unless you choose to share it.
Strong authentication
Strong password rules, account recovery, multi-factor authentication where practical, and role-based access so each user sees only what their role needs.
Moderation & reporting
Ratings and reviews are moderated to reduce fake reviews and harassment, with reporting and blocking built in. Never pay outside approved processes.
Audit & incident response
Audit logs for important security events, plus defined procedures for incidents, breaches, complaints and deletion or correction requests.
Privacy commitments
What we collect, and why
Clients. Name, mobile number or email, password, location preferences and the consent required to match you with providers.
Service providers. Personal and business details, contact information, service categories, operating area and supporting verification documents where applicable.
Transport & suppliers. Vehicle and service details, product information and delivery information, plus any documentation legally required.
Finance. IndluConnect does not approve loans. Eligible users may be referred to participating licensed financial institutions for assessment, with explicit consent.
We design IndluConnect to comply with applicable South African privacy and electronic-communications requirements, including POPIA. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@indluconnect.co.za.
